DZAO audio meditations are a quick and easy way to regain inner peace, regardless of where you might be. The sessions help you wake up in the morning, stay focused during the day, relax after work and fall asleep at night. Our audio meditation sessions combine the sounds of nature with music.
This is more than just a selection of meditative music. Each audio session is individually crafted and incorporates special audio effects that allow for the gradual relaxation and activation of the left and right brain hemispheres.
Similarly to yoga exercises, a deep sense of peace and rejuvenation appears already in the first minutes of the session.
